Size of the room is small. Cleaning and service is average and can be said okay. Lift facility is available in the daytime only. After 12 AM in the night you have to use stair.
Worst Hotel in The Earth. In MMT price shows 1000, when I went reception they asked 1500. When I Shwed The MMT Price, They Make it Sold Out . Worst Staff
It's a so so kind of experience rooms are clean but not maintained properly there is a water seepage smell in rooms, bed mattress is not comfortable.
This feed back is to improve hotel services.Hotel is located in main location.We booked two rooms. one room provided to us(family) was smoky.Eventhough they tried to remove smoking smell using spray it didn't leave the room.it caused nausea,vomitting problems other room provided was good. Food and room service was good.I felt At night Front office assisted/tried to assist better than in the morning. We had to arrange airport cab to durgapur airport ourselves.Eventhough it is in prime location Hotel did not even provide any driver number to arrange for travelling. Smoky Room

A fraud is running in asansol. Totally a scammer in the name of hotel. Just have a look at room number 405, ac not working, flush not working, when it rained, room filled with water! BIGGEST SCAMMER IN ASANSOL. STAY AWAY
