If there was a rating lower than one star, this hotel would deserve that. The power was cut almost the whole time we were there, and when we asked them to switch on the generator, their reply was- "We don't know how to." Terrible rooms, no facilities in bathrooms, extremely noisy surroundings, and a clueless staff to top it off.

The rooms here are small and Talk to costumer before booking on the phone a lot Speak well breakfast including good staff and housekeeping facilities are good etc. Etc. And the manager speaks something else and also mud in the streets, the manager is talking friendly, lift is not working. Washroom was not even clean

Worst hotel experience I ever had! Some main problems with the hotel- 1) Not able to lock the room properly because lock was broken. (Room 203) 2) Cleanliness is not maintained 3) Lights in the room were not working 4) No generator back up 5) Hotel is in Red Light area ( found a condom in dustbin) ( don't know what happened in that room before I got it!!) 6) There were food particles on my bed and they attracted bugs at night as a result of which I got rashes on my face the next day 7) Hotel charged us with hidden taxes like service tax and luxury tax 8) Impolite staff 9) Very unsafe for single ladies 10) We ordered veg. biryani for dinner as everything around was closed (Incorrectly informed by staff) it was very oily and not enough for 2 people but it was overpriced compared to the quality 11) Bisleri bottle we ordered had a died cockroach on it ( and it was not bisleri. some local brand they gave us) Overall I won't recommend this hotel to anyone not my lifelong enemy too....

Horrible experience in this OYO facility. Room was not clean. Linen was dirty. Toilet seat was broken and also this hotel is located in cheap locality. So paying 2800 for two nights stay definitely hell lot expensive.

Small rooms, Lift available. Some staffs are over smart and trying to cheat customer. So be careful. Everything is OK but not Good. This hotel is near bikaner sweets paharganj.

Superb fantastic and budget friendly. Just go and book offline. Police behaviour and hotel in key location nice to stay

Tight parking space, room was very small. Staff was polite that's the only reason why I'm rating 3 otherwise I'll rate 1
