Stayed 3 nights in the hotel with a front side view room. The room was clean and big enough. Food was good in the hotel.

Absolutely hated this hotel. Rooms are very small and basic amenities like mirror or a door-mat are missing. Not even a chair present in the rooms. No geyser and no central hot-water facility was available. The food in-house restaurant is bland but the rates are exorbitant. The staff are not helpful or responsive.

We keep our homes near and clean n usually keep its aesthetics welcoming; But the moment i entered the premise, the location-commercial, the hotel interiors (Reception, Restaurant or corridors) all gave a very damp and dull feel. Secondly, the staff don't talk softly and their voices could be heard almost the whole stay. Thirdly, i wasn't served the welcome drink i was entitled to as per thebooking form. Fourthly, Rs/- is a fair amount to pay ONLY if the basics could have been well taken care of; room walls are dirty, sheets stained, not ironed properly, bathroom seat broken, floor not mopped clean n sink stained. NO DIRECT HOT WATER SUPPLY- only immersion rod available. FOOD and room service are good. Decently priced. OUTSIDE FOOD NOT ALLOWED. Now, Budget category hotels like Rialto, Pan Bazar might have the same issues but you pay lesser, probably because the room sizes are smaller. But their service and food is good. So is their hotel decor. IF YOU ARE CHARGING SO MUCH MORE THAN THEM, atleast give value to your guests accordingly.

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. NEVER VISIT If you are planning to stay there with family or alone don't even think about it . Very poor service Room quality very poor . Most of the rooms are not cleaned after use. You get muddy water once you open the tap They changed the room due to commode flush wasn't working,after repeated requests.

Rooms are small.There is central AC but there is no proper ventilation. Food is of good quality.Service is good.

Can't call it a hotel. More like a lodge. Poor service. Dirty rooms. Used bedsheets & towels were placed. Receptionist refused to give us the cash receipt and asked us to pay 500 over and above the booking amount to get the hotel stay bills.
