HOTEL ETERNITY - Hotel in Indore - Indore, India

All the bathrooms were having leakage, no hot water, and they don't care, they just want you to pay everything in advance and you go to hell Flush are not working The room's wall had color peeling off. We booked this hotel as we saw a 3.5 star rating, how could anyone distract us and give them more than 1 star also?

Hard to find location. Dirty rooms, untidy bedsheets. Washrooms are not cleaned and super dirty. Don't book it online as it they will refuse checkin at the booked tariff. They asked for extra money on top of the booked price. Avoid booking this place and don't waste your time.

The experience was bit poor with this booking as the hotel denied for check-in due to their cost conflicts with OYO. We have to spend 2 hours with OYO customer support to get the check-in but hotel hospitality was very poor and denied checkin after confirming over the phone. They simply lied on the face. Also, when we mentioned our booking via OYO they started showing the poor rooms and entertaining us poorly. I would recommend OYO to clear their terms with this hotel to avoid inconvenience to the customers.

Great hotel, great locality and great ambience. Room was found very neat and clean and the aroma in the lobby and floor was very refreshing. Special thanks to Laundry for delivering it in time. Will come back for sure.

Very nasty behaviour of the staff they are reckless and insensible, even though we have a confirmed booking our check in is been denied and the rooms were also available worst ever behaviour of the staff poor quality staff and ambience

**Total Fraud** Do not book this hotel at any Platform/Online/Offline. They will promise you the rooms and when you arrive, they will ask for more money than promised. I had done the booking through Oyo and had called hotel manager to call confirm, he said come to location as rooms are available and ready. However when we arrived at the place, he was asking double money than promised amount. As we refused, he did scolded us and ran away from place instead of finding the solution. He did same thing to one family (Childs, Ladies) at midnight and did not even hesitate. I am giving one star as minus rating is not available. If you dont want to ruin your vacation, please do not even think of going to this place.

*Fraud - Protect your self from this scammers* Don't book this pathetic property... Owner of this property extremely rude, arrogant , unprofessional and extremely hungry for money.... If you are booking this property online then owner will ask you for additional money for accommodation... After Mahakal darshan we booked this hotel on 13 May 2023.... At the time of check-in(at 11:45pm) owner and his staff was asking for extra money for check-In as we had already paid full amount... Finally owner escape from hotel n we didn't got accommodation and we also didn't received our refund. ... Kindly save your self respect, money, time and don't look at this pathetic property... jy mhaakaal

The rooms at this hotel were beautifully appointed and offered all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept better than I do at home!
