Worst ever experience with staff and room quality. Rude and not so hospitable staff. Restaurant food was the worst ever I ate. Breakfast was included in the package and the restaurant guy feels as he is doing charity to us. Most annoying restaurant staff. Overall a very bad experience with the hotel. Only good thing is it is very near to temple. I give 1/5 star ratings to this hotel.

This is budget friendly hotel. Don't expect too much facilities. I booked 4 Bed A.C Room under 2k which is quite good better than Dharamshala's. Due to rush I got room check-in @13:30. Wash basin was choked up hence had to wait for plumber to come and get it cleared. In room dining is too costly hence avoid it. Outside there are many outlets to bring food. When I asked plates to have my lunch the restaurant people sent paper plates, paper bowls and plastic spoons. This seems quite funny and saw 1st time at any hotel. Who does that. Complimentary breakfast was okay. The best thing about hotel is that it is near to temple entrance. Just walk for 2-3 mins and you'll be at the temple entrance. Hence, you can go for it if you are planning to spend few nights at a budget friendly hotel.

We booked three deluxe rooms, but one of them had an issue with the AC and another room had a problem with hot water. So before taking the room check everything....Breakfast was included in the package, but the food in the hotel's restaurant was pathetic. I ordered paneer pulav, but it was not eatable . I highly suggest not eating food from here; you can find many better options nearby. Overall, it was a bad experience here....

Rooms were good and hot water was there. TV also working and room service is good.

Nice place to Visit and Especially Vishal Aware the manager at hotel is extremely nice and helpful. Nice place near mandir do visit and a very economical rate

Surfaces are not clean Cockroaches there - better clean properly Bad smell was coming when entered - then the boy sprayed room freshener Overall ok but should be hygienic Same as above

Extremely Worst Experience as the room provided was not clean and was full with cockroaches. When we asked for change of room the counter staff didn't take it seriously and later they said there is no room available. The guy at night who was on the counter had understood the situation and had taken responsibility to spray and clean the room with all the bedsheet pillow covers while we went out for dinner. But my suggestion is not to book a room in this hotel as it's unhygienic and your health can go bad as my son's too.

We stayed there for 3 days. Hotel is very nice. It is very close to the temple and their service is also very good. we had a small baby with us, for which food is easily available from the restaurant, the staff is very cooperative.
