I recently attended a family function at this hotel, while entering from parking to entrance you can see 100s of beer bottle. I saw people drinking inside the car in the parking area. Staffs switched off the AC during the function and there was no proper ventilation. There was no light in the men's restroom. They will switch off the lift during the function and you need to use stairs. I saw many people who are outsiders eating in the family function. Even the street food is 10 times better than this hotel food. Price of the food is very high. Staffs are not well trained and they talk like thugs. They don't know how to organise a function. Bar and dinning area is close, so never ever keep a family function in this hotel. They should immediately fire the manager/supervisor and the receptionist boy/room boy.
Very very worst experience which I have ever seen. We had a function in this hall. Not all Giving good services, no response, worse behavior. The function begins 6.30pm and ends 9.30pm. They turned off lights, AC at 8.30 itself. And foods got over 8.30 itself. For mukurtham they allotted breakfast timings was 7.30am to 9.30am. We came at 9am. Still that they didn't give breakfast. Very worst this is what we can say
Hi all, nobody believes this hotel booking because 45 days ago, I booked a room and checked with them to pay advance payment. They told me that advance payment is not necessary. Two weeks later, I confirmed my booking, and they informed me that the advance would be collected at check-in. On the day of the booking, just before leaving my house, they casually informed me that the booking was canceled due to ongoing renovations. I asked the lady how they could cancel without informing me, but she arrogantly cut the call twice. At the neck moment muhoortham day how can I find the room.
I have never seen such a bad hotel..There is no anyothrr facilitis wat we need...The plate is also not clean enough to eat.The server didn't serve us anything there.waste of money..Anyone who wants to stay at this hotel please consider this and move on.Too bad I can't even give this hotel a single star.
Noooooooo...!!! Nasty sheets, filthy bathroom, flaky doors, drunken people, dusty place. Yuck If you really go with family, gf and kids.. just stay away. Don't get deceived by outer look. Opt for PSY 3 star , black thunder resort on ooty main road .. even if it's bit expensive. I cannot give the minus points .. otherwise I'll give "-10" stars.
New Renovated rooms are nice to stay.. Without A. C. Is very hard to stay... The old rooms are very worst and suffocating. Cost is bit higher and without complimentary.
Rooms are average without any power. Food is very worst.Lack of hygiene and neatness in the dining area. Totally very worst hotel in the prime location.
The receptionist is a manipulative and liar.. Tries to cheat money from the guests.. Owner is responsive and took the onus of himself to address the concern we had raised. Good on his part . The management has to seriously look into the employees who are customer facing to avoid bad impact

I stayed at hotel catnap for two days it was asome& the staffs were humble, especially they suggested a travels from Mettuppalayam to ooty which was enjoyable and the tariff of the travels was also reasonable .Hotel room were clean and good it's good
So far so good Plus point is location. We have stayed for night only for morning toy train. Price wise some what costly but as it's near to main bazar and relway station its convenient. Total 3 floor Lift is available. NO HOT WATER FACILITY.
