Staying at Hotel Emporio was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a beautiful atmosphere. Dirty bed sheets Unprofessional staff Cockroaches in the Room and rooms lack Basic Hygiene part. Rooms are cozy, small and Stinking. High Charges as per their conditions. Avoid ordering meal fm them. Shows wifi but lack Basic Amnesties on ground like wifi. Apart fm locs nothing will pacified you in terms of this Hotel. Will not recommend this to any one. Inspite being a 3 star, it is the pathetic place to stay. No parking facility available Most of the positive reviews are fm paid ducks
I was ok with everything but the manager behavior is very rude and annoying ,wherever we go the checkout time is 12 noon but the manager said you check in at 8 am and you have to checkout at 7 am early morning that was totally rubish
The hotel is situated in paharganj near McDonald's. The rooms are clean and good. Place isn't that safe at nights. Not recommended for families. Not recommended for girls. Obviously food in North is very bad. I suggest people to go to saravan bhavan located at Connaught place which is 1.2 KM from this hotel. We faced problems while checking out. The talk that we had with the receptionist earlier while checking in was 7200Rs/- for 5 days irrespective of the checkout time but, While check-out the day-shift receptionist charged the bill around 9000 Rs/-. We had to talk with the owner about the miscommunication between them. We settled 8k and left the place.
Room was not neat ,bed and pillows are very old, receptionist was very rude,money minded people.they got tie up with the mohen dhaba which is opposite to the hotel ,this dhaba serves foul smelling food,when we tell them they still insist that you have to take the food there is no smell ,so we cancelled the order but they fought with us and asked us to pay for the foul smelling chicken tandoori,we just payed for our uneaten food l.worst manag ment ,worst people ,asking us to eat the foul smelling food.please don't prefer this Emporio hotel when u come with ladies and kids,this is in small lane which is like slum.

Location is good, they are prompt in service, all their staff are courteous and very well behaved. But one of their managers is really very rude, he kept us waiting in reception for more than an hour even when we had confirmed booking with them. He did not consider that we are traveling with women and kids.
