hotel Empire Regency - Hotel in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

Hotel is situated at a very convenient location in Jaipur. The hotel room was clean and comfortable but the service was very slow and bad. We had to call the reception so many times but no one picked the call. They ran out of water twice on the same day and it took them so long to refill the tank There was no hot water available .. on being asked they provided us with rod to heat the water. The service of the hotel is very very slow and not easily reachable.

Terrible experience! AC. Was not working whole night and reception calls were turned off in night and rooms were okay.

Not recommended at all. Filthy rooms with fungus smell. Uncleaned bedsheets and towels. No hot water in tap. No proper ventilation. A nightmare to stay. Dont think as 3* , not even a single star

Very honest review here ! Please dont book this hotel. I am a frequesnt traveller and i faced worst experience here. 1. They over charged us for city tour extra Rs.1000/- 2. Asked for more payment during check out which was not advised us while booking in the name of service charge. (We confirmed no more extra payment while booking) 3. Did not make wake up call even after informing them earlier (also entered in their register) and denied saying that they have no information. Please, at any cost.. if you have another options, go for it. Consider this as a very honest and frank review. Thanks.

its been two days after i visited from this hotel.Third class experience. Room allocating was unhealthy and different as comparative to website images. pls dont consider the images uploaded on website like booking.com or google images they are way more different than actual photos. Pathetic hotel i have ever been. there is no professional staff, there is no hot water. washroom flush didnt work properly. there were no bucket or mug in the washwoom. bedsheet was unchanged.we had to request the available unprofessional staff many time remind them for one request. Pls dont visit this hotel. it was worst experience.

I booked this place for 2 nights for family vacation. Based on trip advisor reviews. But then suddenly came across certain negative comments about this place. But as i already done the bookings. So i had no choice but to go with what i opted. Reached their with my fingers crossed and glad to see that the hospitality was very good. Room quality and washrooms are clean. Breakfast was above average. Can't expect more. I got what I paid for. 2 nights 2 rooms including breakfast in 6700.

This hotel was closed during the covid period and not maintained...some floors are going under renovation and others at a very poor state. Also, it looked like many a shady hotel and not recommended for family/girls at all. Had booked through GoIbibo and paid the full amount in advance for 3 rooms, had booked based on old pictures posted and the fact that rooms were being given very cheap. Upon arrival, we immediately booked another hotel, the money already paid was a total waste!

Room interior is very nice .staff is very supportive and helpful.morning breakfast buffet was awesome. all over my 3 days stay was fabulous. I will recommend all the people who want to visit jaipur .specially thanks to Mr azhar for give it to me fabulous services.
