We booked 5 Rooms during Nov 2023 the rooms quality is very poor and have no kettle, No freedge, and beyond all this there is no hot water facility which is basic requirement in cold weather of winter in Kutchh. Not recommend for family.
The hotel is very nice and the location of the hotel is also very good but we wanted an AC hall for the meeting but we didn't get it there so it should be set inside.
I had a really good experience staying here. The food and staff both were amazing and comfortable. We had no complaints and I would rate it as a comfortable stay.
The owner of the hotel seems to be a nice man. While room service, employee zero. Rooms condition zero. Meal standard is poor. In sampoo they provide 1 Rs. Clinic+ Yes this old hotel, that's why public book it much more. They divided the room in standard & deluxe roo.. While the deluxe room are about to stay , but standard rooms are just like you are in free dharmshala. Yes the front of hotel is superb, which is useful to trap the coustomer. Don't book this hotel, use plateform instead of booking this.
Worst hotel seen in my life, AC is not working properly, there are lot of mosquitoes in the hotel and my advice is don't come to this hotel and the behavior of the hotel staff is such that they don't know about their hotel, Hotel staff thinking people are stupid
Looking at the building, it looks good. As you enter the building, gives good vibe. But only untill you enter tge rooms. Not good at all. Tap is leaking. No mirror in the room. We ordered tea in the room. Nxt day we kept outside the room as no one came to pick it up. In the evening when we came back that cup was laying outside the room and 2nd one in our room. Not worth a stay.
