Hotel Emperor Kannur - Hotel in Elayavoor - Kannur, India

Rooms size were fine toilets were clean but the exhausted fan wasn't working so it smelled bad. Bedsheets weren't changed they were really dirty. We only had breakfast there it did not taste good at all. No varieties at all. The only good thing about the hotel was the staff they were very polite.

We booked a room for two adults and two children in Hotel Emporer on 26th. But the bed size in the room was small. We suffered a lot. When I informed the hotel, they told me to call them on the app. Because it was very late and we had to travel early in the morning, we couldn't call at that time.

With the call of front office lady, Ms Jyothi, i understood that it is not suitable for stay. I booked lot of hotels from budget hotel to taj 7 star hotel . But i didn't saw like this attitude from anyone. I don't know any more about the hotel because the first dealing makes little disturbed

I stayed in this hotel several time's... But last time the service staff's are reallyy unprofessional... Becuase they are coming with wrong food to our room, they getting messed up the room number, even in the mid night they are coming for some payment's...

A special thing about this hotel is that it also has its own food court which serves the best South Indian food. Rooms are small but ya well maintained.

I had booked this hotel in total of 3 times ..all of the time I made pre-booking directly over phone 15 days before and also made advance payment.I preferred early check in but when I went to the hotel they made morethan one hour waiting time for arranging the room . In the recent time while I have make a booking and asked for early check-in and early check-out they rudely told me that they only allowed the check in after 12 pm only . I don't know why these reception people are sitting there , To help the visitors or kick out the visitors. Reception team rating -1 mark

Worst ever facility I had been in. Leaking toilets and smelly towels would not only spoil your mood but whole day. Never choose to be in.

I stayed for a night. Overall service was good. They didnt provide reception/ Room service number in the room. Rooms were clean and tidy. Only problem was tap water quality was not clear
