The overall experience was quite bad. I stayed with my friends for a night and the behaviour of staff members was very rude. They were not ready to adjust or even listen to what we have to say. Room service was also neglected. There was a big electricity breakdown for the whole night and no steps were taken to either resolve it or even give compensation to customers. In morning as well they were not ready to listen to what we have to say and were very rude. The only thing they care about is money and nothing else. Overall worst experience.
Rooms are excellent but poor service or you can say no service at all. Uneducated and unprofessional staff.. food is okay okay not upto the mark.. have stayed for more than 3 days.
Staff don't bother for Customer queries. However, good place to stay.
It was a good experience staying at the Emmkay Residency hotel. The service at Hotel was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results.
Hotel stay was ok but food quality is very pathetic and staff behaviour also very rude and they are behaving like road side dhaba workers and chef also making food below the dhaba
DekhoCampus was amazing in helping our daughter find the right college for her.
TV was not working for some days, Rats came inside the room.

Loved the cafe! We celebrated Birthday in the cafe and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Variety of foods with great taste. The cafe has many photo booth places for your feeds.
Symphony was a very well managed banquet! It was spacious and very crowd-friendly! All the arrangements were very well done! Happy with the quality of work with the decorations ! The food served was also of a very good quality
