Hotel Emirates, Rooms and Banquet hall - Hotel in Kanhangad - Kasaragod, India

We had our mom's family get together on their hall.its well arranged and neat and clean.we had there fun time and loveable moments.thanks to emirates hotel to give a wonderful space for us.we had lunch and tea snacks there.its a golden memories for all and especially for old family members.all are from different areas this time young generations met their all family members.once again thanks to emirates for arranging food and hall for us.this moments are captured not only in cameras also in our mind.

Rooms are found in small size... but its clean and hygienic. Overall good in look.

Rooms are spacious and the bed is king size. Tidy linen and blankets. The bathrooms are neat and modern. The location is central. All good food outlets and shopping is walking distance away. They have a basement parking that can accommodate about 10 cars. The staff is courteous.

Their service is very poor. Got locked inside the restroom as the door handle got jammed. The fittings inside the room are of poor quality. The bed sheets were unclean and had stains all over. I don't see why they don't concentrate on basic things like the shampoo bottle being half empty. Their service doesn't match the rates. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Don't go by the 1 star short reviews. They are posted by an irate client's friends. The irate client's issue could have been genuine but it's not right to ask friends to write poor reviews of a hotel they haven't stayed. As for my review (I'm among 10% in Google Good Reviews and a Local Guide), I was totally surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the rooms. Having stayed in many hotels, I can assure that this hotel would be worth 6k to 10k per night in any metro. I didn't pre plan to stay here. I picked it up due to being late and didn't want to risk a night drive to Calicut. I'm glad I did so. It's not that there aren't any demerits but they aren't the ones that affects your stay. Ex: They could put a bigger mat infront of the bathroom, a table next to the entrance to keep your food order etc. As I said, they are improvements that's required and not a deal breaker. You can order food and it will be delivered to your room. Unfortunately, there isn't a place to eat from. That's something for them to improve. My wife was happy and that's all I need. Happy wife, happy life.

Very good service, very friendly approach, helping in every aspect, very good hospitality, cleanliness hygienic Auto stand near 50 meters distance, Bus stop at 100 meters distance, bus stand at 250 meters distance, railway station at one kilo meter distance and the availability of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian hotels located in nearby area. Excellent service rendered by the staff
