Hotel Emirates was highly disappointing. The room was tiny with no form of ventilation. The AC was not working properly and leaking water. The bathroom was dirty and smelly. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Worst decision.
Best hospitality ever but some issues like some guests didn't check out on time so we wait long time in their lobby.
Rooms are awesome also washroom too.

I have stayed 2 nights only, really I feel very happy from the check in process to check out, it was so smooth and clean, they have so many varieties of foods r there in the buffet, as well the lunch and dinner was too delicious just woww type of test it was, really amazing The every staffs r well behaved and well treind, Front Desks r so cool and polite. The hotel is too clean and hiegeny.. In an one word it was amazing experience.
This is not a good value for money. The hotel charged us too much for a small room. Other than that, the location and staff behaviour was good.
The stay was pathetic. Their staff doesn't have the basic etiquette how to talk to a guest. One of my friend came at night. They said we won't allow the third occupancy. We asked them to please add the charge for the third occupancy. They said no. Then we asked them to give us another room and we"ll pay for that. But they denied it. And they said it's all happening because you've done the booking At 11 pm I couldn't ask my friend to go back. So I had to check out. Because of you people, my money got wasted. I had to check out just after 1 hour of check-in. service I've ever seen. Would never suggest anyone use HOTEL EMIRATES

Reception was managed by people who never has bit of experience on hospitality. They were rubbish and rude behavior.
Restaurant had buffet breakfast with room but they served like a-la-cart. Not satisfying at all.
All can be ok, main problem is there reception they are unfriendly and rude ppl.
We went for a short trip to Kolkata.This place was so far the best one the rooms were clean and breathable.The service was great and the receptionist was very helpful he even managed us to get a cab and our train tickets in the last hour. We are so grateful for all of the staff for being so helpful and kind.
