Very nice family friendly hotel in touch with nature

Went to see the facilities. Met Alfaiz there. Seems to be a nice set up.

Unhygienic Atmosphere...Below Average rooms..Not properly maintained.

The hotel is not maintained well. Foul smell experienced while entering airconditioned room. Not recommended.

Hotel staff behavior is very bad. They don't seem any professional at all. All that started with toilet flush not working , they don't care even quarrelsome. We were in hurry for ghrishneshwar jyotirling so couldn't discuss for that lousy atmosphere with hotel staff

Don't choose this hotel unless you have no other options. Rroms were untidy...toilets were horrible. Very bad service.. food was just ok.. they have very less options for breakfast lunch and dinner... whereas they have long list in menu card .

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Europe. Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better

Worst hotel and weired unfriendly staff. They gave our money back after waiting for ours and were not able to provide us the room so totally unreliable
