This Hotel is one of the best hotels in Mussoorie. During our stay here from 16.11.23 to 19.11.23 we were provided facilities as shown/told. The staff is very co operating and helpful. Room services are fast and as per our expectations. The restaurant menu is different and attractive. The cook seems good as he prepares nice dishes. The most helpful, trained and generous guy here is Rizwan. We loved and enjoyed our stay.

This is one the best hotels in mussoorie. The rooms have such a serene view of the mountains. The staff was so cooperating and helpful as we were travelling with 1 year old baby. The food was spectacular. Anything to everything we ordered was very tasty

We had a very nice stay in hotel. The staff was very nice and polite. Food was very good. The hotel room, was very good, well furnished and well maintained. Overall we had a great experience of staying in Ellbee hotel. Thank you for giving such good services and keeping us comfortable here.
Hotel is well maintained and in close proximity to mall road. They have ample car parking space. The best part about hotel is its hospitality, the staff is on its toes to cater your requests. Mr rizwan has been very courteous and helpful.
Stay was excellent and the hospitality was beyond the expectations. the staff was always ready to help and guide to make the stay memorable. breakfast was very tasty. The upgraded the room as a complimentary. Highly recommend for the stay.
The hotel has nice rooms with complimentary breakfast. One cannot beat the walking distance to Mall Road and Library Chowk from here. The staff were welcoming and the service was prompt. The walk through the dusty hallways was a turn off at first but the rooms in contrast, were tidy and well-maintained. There was most certainly a rat or some creature scurrying through the false ceilings at night, causing disturbance.
