The hotel and its services are quite disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The service is remarkably slow, and the staff appears to lack professionalism. There was a lack of water, and the hotel staff made no attempt to address or rectify the shortage. If there were an option to give a rating lower than 1 star, I would definitely choose it.
It was a great experience staying here. Rooms are neat & clean. Staff was polite. Golden temple is just 10 min away from here. Will surely recommend this hotel to my friends & family.

Wonderful Hotel, great location and beautiful rooms. This is so far best hotel I explored online near Golden temple and highly recommended for first timers in Amritsar and also for everyone. Fits in budget and the experience is really amazing. Biggest pro for me is the cleanliness and the washroom are so big and clean with seperate wet and dry area. If you are in Amritsar and looking for great stay then Go for it without any second thoughts. Cons - No restaurant and balcony but everything else is great
