Hotel Elite Palazzo - Hotel in Kochi, Angamaly - Ernakulam, India

Very convenient since hotel is within short distance to Airport. We had booked 2 Rooms. Due to early morning flight we had to check in early. Both the rooms were charged extra for 3 to 4 hours. Didn't considered our request for early check in without any charges though rooms were available. One of the Counter staff didn't welcome us properly. No smiling on face and was not helpful.
