Hotel Elite Inn - Hotel in Kolhapur - Kolhapur, India

The Elite inn stay is one that meets the basic needs of the traveler, but does not go above and beyond. The room is clean and comfortable, but not luxurious. The staff is friendly and helpful, but not overly attentive. The amenities are adequate, but not extensive. One of the good parts of the hotel is that its exactly across from the railway station . So tourists who travel by train and want to stop over for a quick stay this is a decent place for them. They do not have their own food arrangements but there is a restaurant in the basement that serves decent veg and non-veg food. If you are looking for a pure vegetarian food then there is a place called Gokul few buildings over from Elite Inn.

The hotel is good but the beds have spring in it whenever a person sits on the bed it make a squeaky noise which is not tolerable for an tired person. Ther service was okay as per required timing. The location near railway station is good.

The location is very ni e and is center of the city. Very fre four wheeler parkings available(one should confirm with hotel staff for parking before booking online). Rooms are clean and tidy. Hotel staff are friendly aswell.

We have been there for 2 Nights. Staff is very much polite professional and well mannered. Rooms are good and services are also better. However they need to work upon basics like providing toiletries as they only provide body lotion for guests. In an era where we give too much importance to hygiene factors, these kinda small things matters the most. Car parking is not available and we were told that basement parking work is going on. If that is the case, fine. Else Guests need to plan about parking their vehicles. Over all good place to stay.

Very poor quality service, no one available on reseption. Bad language, no respect for customer, lack of water..... Waste of money and time

Our room was very good and spacious. Standard rooms are small- more for business travelers. Staff was very cooperative. Breakfast had no options.

I booked hotel including breakfast, in breakfast only poha was provided for which i paid Rs 250/- Extra amount , in this hotel no complimentary item available and the hotel showing in online something and services provided something, its completely different form online to physical,. So suggest everyone font refer this type fraud hotel.

It was bad experience with Elite inn, Room was quite good , but service part is bad , many times you won't find receptionist at counter , you have to wait a lot , No proper parking , No room service available Need to improve a lot
