The rooms are highly standardized & cosy. Food is average. Customer service is highly appreciated. House keeping is doing thr job at best. Restaurant can be improved bit more as it's is a key part of the business. Overall it's a best experience hotel in this area

Really poor and pathetic experience.i had two visitors who came to my room and used my washroom (they where in my room for about 15-20 min) which I notified the receptionist well in advance.for this they have charged extra money while check out and the manager's behaviour was harsh and cheap while i made the enquiry about this additional charge.completely a bad experience.. location and condition of rooms are good..no doubt about it.i was with my family and the manager's behavior spoiled out day and trip..

The ambience and service are okay..But the restaurant if you choose for dine is truly disappointing. Many of the dishes for which you pay hefty amount are not tasty and good enough for a bite. The chicken items are very bad may be due to usage chicken of lower rates in the cuisine. The restaurant to tally disappointing with huge bills for sub-std food.
