Nice hotel with unique rooms What I didn't like is the concept of wooden pallets in the bathroom which keeps the bathroom wet - no dry bathroom spread in breakfast and dinner is less however the food quality is good. The soup tastes good. The staff needs to be more professionally trained. the restaurant supervisor does not give attention to all and serves only to the big group. we got good deal with Rs.4000 inclusive of Breakfast and Dinner. Direct hotel cost is huge - check the prices on the make my trip and negotiate.

The rooms are of amazing quality. The staff is very courteous and polite. We are a travelling family of 4 and enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness and hygiene is very good. They have done a great job with the architecture overall. The room has good amenities like fridge, safe, TV, bath toiletries. We were also provided with an extra mattress and bedding. The dinner and breakfast buffet had an amazing spread. Would recommend it to other travellers.

This is the horrible experience with the hotel receptionist, I was travelling with my wife and three years old daughter, when we submitted our id's he started asking that r u married or not, we need a supporting doc other than our ids to verify that, at that point of time I wasn't sure where is the soft copy of the same in my phone then I started searching for the same. When we reached in our rooms, it was not properly clean and it was so small and they advertise that they have the facility for three star hotel but believe me it isn't.

Haven't stayed here but came here for unlimited buffet dinner. It was average in taste. Little Salty. It wasn't a huge collection but more than enough. Service was good. Toilets were ok.

Excellent Room.. Very courteous staff.. I would like to mention.. The Front Desk Girls & Guys very extremely helpful as I had a few mishaps and they arranged and managed few requirements on a war-footing to ensure i did not have to suffer. Food quality is excellent

Overall its average experience. Rooms need more cleaning and must smell better. Plumbing and maintenance is an issue, in two visits Shower was not working. They hesitate to provide toiletries, one need to ask it twice. Food is really good, but yes again service at restaurants to be improved.

I have multiple times visited at EL-DORADO...Team leader (GM) with hospitable staff really good, best understanding, very helpful, rooms are very very unique interiors, very good place in such a low price... Food & drinks Rooms are clean and nice, food is very good...

Sorry but nowadays advertising agencies are paying to write good comments and 5 star ratings to affiliated hotels and restaurants. I tried working with them. They contact through telegram and pay 50 rs ist for one comment. I thought of bringing this to the world so sharing. I never been to this place but they asked to write review.
