Hotel Ekaa Keys By Rivido - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

After reading numerous positive reviews, I decided to book this hotel. My stay here was truly pleasant. Starting from the check-in counter, the front office staff, and even during the checkout, Sudheshna was extremely professional. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers, as it's conveniently located near various amenities, and the pricing is also very reasonable.

The receptionist was pretty rude. She was not agreeing to give us a twin bed room even though we requested multiple times. No spare keys were given too. I was travelling with me colleague for a business trip. The overall facilities in the rooms were satisfactory but given a chance won't stay here because they are not meant for business trips.

Express check-in took 45 mins. They won't allow delivery guys near rooms and also they don't offer to bring the delivered goods to your room. Every time you have to come down and collect the delivery. Rooms were good but not that big. The showerhead was 70% blocked in the room I got. Even if they delay in your check-in they won't delay in your check-out time. You have to check-out on time.

Godavari Bar and Pub on the 3rd floor of Ekaa have a very tasty spicy Andra food. Ambience is good. They also serve Alcohol too.

Being a regulary customer, The room is worth for the price they offer, But the location is not good as there is no space to park if you have a car. And there is a vegitarian resturant in the ground floor, who do not allow to park even though its the same building and we stay there. They do not credit the roomservice charges in the room bill, had to pay by cash for the extra water bottles.

It is a nice and convenient place to stay. The rooms, housekeeping services and other facilities were good. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful, I would like to thank everyone, especially Ms. Sudheshna for her support.
