One of the worst services ever. Zero star for this hotel. Rooms r ok but higher price. We even booked a room and saw that the room was not clean. Even the lift is not working for the days. Our room was in about 4 manzil of the hotel and we went up down many times on an empty stomach but they failed to provide the room key and also the room was not cleaned. In another hotel after we go we see that the service, room everything is ok and we are satisfied but the Eden hotel won't satisfy us because we pay for the room to stay but they first get money from us and then they act like irresponsible fellows.

The hotel is very haunted... There is sound of slapping doors full night.... The lift is specially haunted....plz don't use the lift.... Ghost sightings....
Dirty rooms, dirty wash room, broken taps, no shower head, old cracked structure, and comparatively higher rent. I Had to check out early morning as the washroom was so dirty. Took another better hotel a little distance away. Never take rooms here as cockroaches roam around freely inside the room.

Location - It's in paltan bazaar just in front of Private Parking. No parking area you have to keep your car infront of the hotel. Rooms are old not clean. Some taps and geyser not working. Service- No blanket provided neither towel was provided even after asking for the same. Which are basic things. Not happy with the service.
