Bad Place and on top of it bad service and bad staff. Very Poor hygiene in the rooms and in hotels. Toilets were smelling really bad. Flush was broken. Quilt was having yellow patches of food that was spoilt on it. Runners were very very dirty. They were not washed. Food service was serving snail pace. Tea comes after an hour. Intercom was not working. It was broken. Lifts were not clean. I did not have a good experience in this hotel. The room that was given to us was supposed to be the best room.
Service is so poor many time to call staff for breakfast and other thing but they are not come.and behaviour verry bad ..the counter staff is like that illiterate.....and call to leave room before time..and it's very bad hotel and services in my life..the women leady also sit on counter but they have no manners

We visited this Hotel in Nov.22, its located in Transport nagar, location is good but all the places are easily reachable from this place. interior of the hotel is very good. its clean and gives a very satisfied look. the staff is also very helpful rooms are comfortable, with instant hot water. Wifi is achievable with a guest wi fi pod I recommend hotel to any solo traveling.
Ridiculous service your staff have given us. Ridiculous behaviour by your staff and your unattendance towards guest is literally not acceptable. The staff was useless, not serving and taking orders. There was too delay in the orders. Staff behaviour is very bad. Don't have basic etiquette to talk to guests.
it was wonderful stay.feel like home..All the staff were very friendly nad supportive including the manager.Room was very clean with all amenities as mentioned and well maintained surrounding and Clean ambience.i really liked the hotel and happy with the stay.Would definitely stay again if visit again jaipur. family was very safe in this hotel .i suggest every family person and visitor stay this hotel and do enjoy
Not good for the family... Couple made this hotel worst.. u don't find a single reason to stay.. u can see blood marks everywhere in the room.. nd beds r the most worst part .. I can't discribe.. totally disappointed
