Giving it 1 star just because Google doesn't allow me to reduce further. I had a terrible experience with this hotel, where I booked multiple rooms for my friends for a marriage party. I booked the rooms on make my trip. When my friends checked into the rooms, they were shocked beyond words. The rooms were pathetic, emanating foul smell and dirty. When this was brought to the attention of the person at the reception, he very arrogantly stated, this is how the rooms are and we can leave if we want. Definitely I decided to leave and book another hotel. Make my trip on being party to this, didn't believe my version of the events and took the hotel owners words as proof enough to not refund my payment, stating the hotel owner didn't concur to my complaint. It was a harrowing experience with both the hotel and MakeMyTrip and eventually I let go the hassle, thinking of it as a bad dream. There are other hotels nearby, and I would recommend not to fall into the trap of the eastern plaza hotel.

**Detailed review** Opinion can be drawn last by reviewing flip sides of the coin. 3 categories of rooms to choose from,viz., - Deluxe - Super deluxe - Executive Reviews drawn for 'super deluxe' room 602. - Window view of VIP road with city traffic, and planes taken off. With view of traffic comes honks. - Cozy room for two, with queen sized bed, soft mattress. - Direct but Attentive reception and attendees. Suggestive to doubly listen, and clearly speak or ask for chores. - Food ordered from menu doesn't take much time, provided lesser guests. But comes with service charge, even for water. - Initial conjusted smell in all rooms,, but can be adjusted once left window open for 10-15 mins. - No rooms have balcony, but prioritize your reason for stay, if it is to be seated at hotel and balcony view, not your type. If just to spend the lazy hours at bed and then go for tour or work, best place to stay. Also just 10 mins away from airport.

It was a very horrible experience. Never take your partner there to spend private time ..they litterly bring our bedsheet at reception and check if there is any spot or dirt in front of everyone and found one , and charge me 300 rs at the time of check out . These things can handle privately also ..money doesn't matter , but prestige do ...my girl friend got very embereced . Very bad experience ...chiiiiiii

Perfect for stays, if you have flight to catch you can stay here for some hours, room service is best, staffs are very humble. No regrets .

PATHETIC HOTEL AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE WITH ANY LADY OF YOUR FAMILY. Highly Unsafe for Women's! Rooms are extremely pathetic. I would suggest you to book a lodge instead of booking your stay here.

Overall it is a good place with good location.room are little bit small and old type .staffs are good .go for it in pocket friendly budget .

I booked the hotel on 16th March till 2nd April. Staff are well behaved. Front desk Service are out of the box. Foods are very tasty. Kudos to the entire team of Hotel Eastern Plaza. Try to keep the same momentum. 100% recommend to all for the stay. Rooms are very neat and clean. Everyday there is a room service facilities. Quite near to airport. Overall a good place to stay.

pro: 1. good behavior of staff. 2. smooth checkin and checkout. 3. food price is nominal. 4. good connectivity with Ola and uber. 5. veg and egg food quality was good. 6. food served hot. 7. food and other billing done ethically. 8. Stayed with family. Felt safe throughout the stay in the hotel. cons: 1. two deluxe rooms were booked. one was good and the second was small. 2. The hotel is far away from the new town. 3. chickens and mutton food quality was bad. 4. Staff insisted to purchase Packed drinking water. no water mug in the room. 5. People don't come for room cleaning and if you ask they might take 3-4 hours.
