All good. But, swimming pool is not in use. Washrooms to be maintained with more care. Location and views are good. Convention hall and rooms are very far from each other. Internal connectivity, if provided, will be more easy for the people.
I have been here on multiple occasions. Functions, casual dinners etc., The location is very good and the entire setup as well. The food is very good. Service can be improved. My favourite item here is Veg Kasturi. Tried for first time and loved it. Price is above reasonable. But quality and quantity is good can be improved just a bit.
This is probably the worst hotel I've ever been in. Absolutely hopeless service, they have hired cheap labour from other states who can't even speak the local language and are of no help. The sheets are dirty, the rooms stink, food is bad, and the staff is so arrogant. Had to call house keeping at least 10 times to just get a water bottle which wasn't even complimentary. Yes, this hotel does not provide anything apart from the room..not even an extra blanket. Forget toiletries or a complimentary breakfast..those are concepts unknown to them. Yet the room rates are super expensive. Wouldn't recommend even on gun point!

Had dinner at the restaurant. Sweet corn soup was literally sweet! Paneer tikka was ok. Service was late, though the restaurant was quite empty.

My family's favourite place to have mudde (Ragi balls) meals every afternoon when we visited Chitradurga. But for the first time My family visited here to have vegetarian food around 7.50 pm (in the evening) and ordered a meal which cost 200 rupees. The refrigerated chutney, almost all food is tasteless. I complained about food but they told me that it's closing time. So in my opinion don't visit after 7 at the veg section.
Highly recommended if you are looking for something close to the highway. We were here for a night-halt as part of a longer drive. Professional staff, clean rooms, spacious and everything works as it should; typically AC, hot water or something else
