Hotel Durga Silverline - Hotel in Jodhpur - Jodhpur, India

Thanks to your staff for making it such a comfortable stay at your hotel. I was there for four days with my family and for all these days I was attended with utmost warmth. I was impressed to see the prompt room service despite the peak season.

Hotel was good at budget Service is good and cooperative staff near by Railway station and market Experience was good with save money and local transportation expenses. Overall very noce stay I have no any photos

1. they charge money for providing drinking water in room. 2. they charge delivery charge for providing food in room. 3. the service shall be drastically improved. 4. there are problems with cleaning in rooms. there are stains and marks in the bedsheets. 5. the staffs shall be provided adequate training.

I would have given zero rating if possible, I would say nobody should ever stay in this hotel, staff didn't knew how to speak to customers and was my worst customer service experience today. I would like to request the owner to hire people who can manage customers, plus the skinny guy on the reception had no idea what he was doing and saying I have visited so many places in the world and landed in this hotel to experience the Worst customer service ever

Really poor quality hotel, bad rooms no windows, rooms are too small seems like you are in cage. Door of room will not open properly so tight room, bedding are so dirty and unhygienic. Staff is like dhaba guys...no customer centric. I have no more words to explain but please done ever stay here...hotel only for maids and drivers.

it is a great hotel. the ambience is preety good and clean. Bathrooms are spacious clean. There are given adequate spaces for luggage. because room services are quite good. they responds quick and behave well

all hotel staf is very nice person and service is too good and i personally like staf behaviour and room service
