Poor condition of room and toilet... Best place to lose of money... Not value for money.. Very badly rooms Smell like gobaar..
One of the worst experience we have had till that. They claim that it is a 3 star hotel but I would not give it even one star rating. Booked 4 rooms and all of the rooms we got had poorly kept bathroom with pan masala stains all over. One room had lizard crawling on the wall. All rooms were having some weird smell and AC was not working in 2 rooms. No toiletries were put in any room and when we asked they said we don't have anything in stock. When we asked for such things the manager was very rude and basically said to leave if you don't like the rooms. After having heated conversations with the manager we left the hotel in middle of the night and began searching another hotel. Horrific experience.

This hotel is not cleaning. The room is dirty and cockroach were moving bathrooms and rooms. There is no hot water only cold water.waste of money .
Nice service ,quiet and clean rooms . Very good facilities and manager is also very understanding . They will pickup your calls at anytime u want something and help you . Staff is also very trained. Cleanliness is maintained very throughouly . Best for family and casual stays .
One of the worst hotels in Kutchch. I am a Kutchchi who visits Kutchch once every year with family. I had made an advance booking 15 days prior to my travel. The only reason for me to book this hotel was that my village is at a stone throw's distance from this place. My experience was horrible! We arrived on 6th May, 2017 at 1:30 PM. I had driven for 6 hours straight, 400 kilometers approximately. All of my family members were tired and hungry. My grandmother, who is almost 70 years old was also traveling with us. We checked-in, the receptionist asked us for an advance of Rs2,000. As soon as we went inside the room, we realized that we have made a terrible mistake. We had booked two rooms, both the rooms smelled like someone just took a dump in there. The toilets were unclean and one can see that they were never cleaned in a lifetime. I called Room Service and asked them to change our rooms. One person from the hotel staff, who was the cleaner and bell boy both, told me that all the rooms are dirty as he is the only worker over there and he hasn't cleaned any rooms. This was shocking to me. And to my horror, all the rooms turned out to be equally dirty. I spoke to the guy on the reception and he was really very rude to us. He did not empathize to our situation and was acting like a prick. After arguing with him for a few minutes, he agreed to return our money. Please look for other options if you're visiting Kutchch, these people do not represent the whole of Kutchch. There are better people and better places in here. Also, one more suggestion, don't give them advance money before seeing the room yourself.
