Pathetic place. Not sure who even stays in such places. While coming from Bomdila (Arunachal) i was near Paltan Bazaar around 2:30 AM, as I was alone and felt stranded, i told a rickshaw guy to show some places for an overnight stay under 1k. He took me to couple of places who were asking for 1.5-3k for an overnight stay, later I felt i would have to adjust the night in some cheap place. This hotel looked grand from outside but it was so disgusting in the inside, the hotel guy showed me some other room and charged 1.2K and then asked me to stay in some other room which had broken toilet windows, dirty comode, smelly bedsheets. I was too tired to fight and create a scene, so just slept, had a bath in COLD water and left as early as possible.
You don't come here by choice You are brought here by some auto drivers or other sneaky agents. U can get another better hotel at the same price. Seriously the hotel needs to upgrade it self if it wants to be in the business.

Hotel is located in a good destination near paltan bazar. The manager and other stuffs are so cooperative. Room is neat and clean.
The hotel rooms are overpriced as compared to the rooms & facilities. It definitely needs to have a lift or elevator service. There isn't any basic room service available. Has bed bugs in the bed & mosquitoes too. There aren't any dustbin, telephone facility, towels, etc available. Wasn't a bad stay, but needs to work on a lot of things for the price they charge for the room.

Worse hotel known by me ever. The receptionist is very rude and mannerless. Please don't go to such hotels I request everyone. The rooms are overpriced compared to its facilities. And rooms are also very dirty. Hotel prince is way better than hotel dreamland. Once again I request everyone not to go in such hotels.
