Though the hotel is situated at a beautiful location, the maintenance is absolutely terrible. We had a sea facing room at the fourth floor but 90% of the times the lift was non functional. The stairs were crusted with dirt. For every little thing we had to call up and ask.I would rate a 1 out of 10 for maintenance. The food, however, was delicious, extraordinary and so was the service. Everyone attended to us with a smiling face. The Kitchen/catering manager was amicable and took great care of us. Thus, though the view, the behaviour of the staff and the food can be rated A+, the lift and general cleanliness is definitely a F!
Sea facing rooms of this hotel located beside sea beach provides good view of sea. Room services and quality of food in the restaurant located at ground floor of this hotel is also reasonably good.
Location is property is good but the maintenance and behavior of staff are not good. If you ask they are rudely behaving. The room service person are good
Horrible experience. The lift doesn't work, in spite of having guest in the hotel they continued construction work which was such a pain. Bad service. The intercom phone had a kilo dust. Cockroaches roaming around. Would never visit this place ever. Not kid friendly. Not old age friendly. And they don't care if you are complaining.

Lift not working,had to take the stairs upto 3rd floor. Foul smell from the toilet. Extension work going on which is very disturbing for the guest. During Rain the water from the terrace comes to the corridor making it very slippery,no arrangement to wipe off the water.
The sojourn at Dreamland in Puri was quiet a good experience. Everyone in and around was friendly, grounded and helpful. The impromptu manner in which the attached restaurant catered to the demands of the patrons and served top notch delectable meals deserves appraisal. The chef was indeed a cordon bleu!! Hats off .

Nice rooms with good service. Food is nice. Beach is very close and not very crowded. A little pricey but overall satisfied. Elevator would have been nice though but wifi is there.
