When we arrived the floor of the room was already dirty. We had 3 cockroaches in our room during our stay. The towels and bedsheets looked very old and had holes or stains on them so could do with being replaced. Also, we ended up paying around 350 rupees extra for our stay as the person taking our payment selected for us to pay in GBP rather than handing the card reader back to us and allowing us to select to pay INR. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly and the room-service breakfast was nice. If the room was cleaner, it would have been pleasant.

Room was not clean, spider made web on kettle and cup. Bed sheets r dirty and quilt and blankets also dirty. Room service is very fast and good... Can give 5/5. Our breakfast was complementary... They have given horrible..

Such a poor service by hotel receptionist and staff. Only location is prime rest everything is poor such as service, ethics, room electronic equipment like geyser, washroom, flush seems like it can fall apart any time, When you tell the same to them they dont react even when I mentioned the glass jug is uncleaned [mentioned twice] they dont listen and dont react and on the top of it they dont listen and walk around.
