Hotel Dream Palace @ New Delhi Railway Station - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

Definitely not a place to stay if you book room online, reception staff is their to loot. Even if rooms area available they ll make you pay 400-500 for early check-in, that's a tactic. No Room service at all, highly unhygienic. No resemblance with photos posted online. No hot water, no phone in room, no towels in room, blankets are not washed since ages. Big NO for this hotel

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!! The booking was done by an agent. When we saw the room and the listing online, both were nothing alike. Room was okay until we saw the horrible bathroom than was straight out of horror movie. The shower head was missing and the walls were disgusting. The plug for heater is just above the sink tap which is just dangerous. After a while we were greeted by a MOUSE in room who kept us compony all night by loud chewing. How nice!

Worst service... No lift, they wont provide drinking water. And that to initially they given discount and while leaving the hotel they were asking me to pay full amount. They are saying they wont turn on AC in the morning if we stay in the morning times.So I suggest better to avoid this hotel, faced very very bad.

I had booked standard room, but the room was very old and not clean. The washroom was not at all clean. There was no ventilation in washroom. Very disappointed with the stay. I order tea and the flask in which tea was served was unhygienic. Only good part was early check-in was given we were there just for 4 hours and can't imagine to stay overnight.

Never go in this hotel, staff is very bad, in Luxury bedroom bedsheet and blankets was so dirty, atmosphere is also very cheap.

Third class hotel We booked hotel from red bus We pay extra money for early check in. When we reached at hotel, hotel manager refused to early check in He said aapne jis site se booking ki usse baat karo main to room nahi dunga After a long discussion he agree to provide a room When we enter into the Room , its like dharamshal room like rs. 30 to 40 Totally 100% different from booking site . There is no geaser for hot water and room and bathroom are very very dirty. But special thanks to redbus They take seriously this matter after see the room and bathroom pictures and provide us a best room in other hotel

It's good litel bit expensive according to accommodation and location staff was polite and helpful room service was good. Positive vibes become of radha Krishna temple in entrance.

Good behaviour and also clean rooms. Advice - expect more clean your bathroom and toilet
