Hotel DownTown - Hotel in Gandhinagar - Gandhinagar, India

This the hotel I would suggest anyone to stay at if they come to Gandhinagar. Room is spacious with good king size bed and an excellent bathroom. The staff are also very humble, polite and helpful which simply enhances the quality of your stay. I have never come across a hotel this advanced for the price they provide it for. Simply Elegant and Excellent. It was a little sad hearing they might be shifting to another location as it is situated right in the prime sector of the city but still wherever it maybe this is the one for your stays.

Very good specious rooms are availble.very clean room and restaurant food service is good..all over good experience..

Hotel Downtown is located at a perfect location and has amazing rooms, suitable for family, friends and a decent place to conduct official meetings. Personally, I felt the staff was very supportive and friendly specially NEERAV SINGH, who is the sales executive in the hotel.

This hotel doesn't deserve a single star for any of the services. Everything was disgusting. The room was very unhygienic , the bathroom was dirty. The air condition of the room was working too slow. I can say that it was equal to non working condition.There was lot of dust on the floor of the room as well as in the washroom. There was no shower gel , shampoo, hand wash liquid , toilet roll in the washroom. When we asked at the reception staff to provide the needy things , he said that the room service is not available. What kind of response this was !!!!! Apart from this, this hotel is not safe for anyone specially for the couples. If anyone is ready to spoil his / her money as well as mood , then go ahead with the choice of downtown. This disgusting place does not even deserve to get the amount of 2500-3000 rps or so over amount for their revolting rooms. I wish I had clicked the pictures to aware the people about this. Still, I guess this review will also be helpful to many other.

Hotel is awesome and management is also very nice. This hotel is 3 but they facilitate like 5 star . I am pretty sure for my next visit to stay at this hotel.......

A pretty functional hotel. Breakfast spread is also functional, wouldn't recommend the idli in these parts though. The masala papad was great. Rooms are big. My room window opened in the corridor so I had to keep the curtains drawn always. Service is prompt. Recommend it as a business stay.

Nice rooms and great food, but rooms not cleaned properly or timely, average speed for internet connection, food service staff takes very long time to serve and is not professional. Stayed for 10 days for a business trip, can do better for the price they offer. Can provide affordable laundry services to guests staying for many days. Need to focus more on comfort of the guest.

Overall all good .Happy after my visit . I would like to say it was amazing and wonderful healthy atmosphere here .you will feel very good Reception , all staff members are very polite and good.
