Hotel Double R - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

Want to give this cheap hotel zero. I booked this hotel and then they asked for extra money and offered another hotel . There's service is too poor. Please don't book here

Wonderful rooms woth incredible services.. Having fun with the delhi views from up here and wonderful food totally worth coming here and enjoying. And ya takes care of everything..

This is located in pharganj area, much crowded place in delhi; near to new delhi railway station. People when desperately is in need of room checks-in in these place. This place is not good for family, group, etc. They have differnt mode of charging. When 280/head charged for us, and a foreigner came, he was asked 500/head. this hotel charges for drinking water even. Rooms are average. Hospitality is poor. They follow govt. process of collecting ID, Its good, but the way they responded to us was not good, asking many questions on the genuinity of the ID provided. So before booking and checkin do verify. Rates will go lesser if gone through middleman in market areas.

Very bad staff specially the owner of the hotel. If u do your booking before days of your and if they get a booking at higer price then yours. Then they will definitely try to cancel your booking. It's my personal experience. We did a booking of 100 people but at time of check-in the owner refuse and gave us only of 80 people that and above that the way of dealing with customer is very bad... And the condition of rooms and washrooms are worst. And locality is also very bad.

Decent Hotel ... . Near Delhi Railway Station ... . AC Room are good enough ... . Food at Room was available ... . Food was good ... . Spent a good time ... . Hotel staff was good ... . Check - in & Check - out time is adjustable ... . Which is the best feature i have ... . Overall good hotel at decent budget ... . Go for this HOTEL

Totally dissatisfied by the service of the hotel, 1. Hotel is deep enough in the market, so Difficult to search 2. Hotel staff is not loyal at all, They denied to the booking we had done Already 3.rooms are not at all serviced from long Time 4. Ceilings are having big holes in them really frightened me 5. Also they were not ready to refund the Booking amount So don't for ur sake.........

Awful place. Hate everything since the beginning. Super rude staff. Dirty room. The air is super bad in this area. Only stay here if you are in a budget and sharing a double room by two, otherwise just run away!

The staffs are always there to cut through your pocket by adding additional charges... The rooms are suffocating as well as dirty... Bathrooms are out of fashion as well as loaded with faulty materials...
