The location is excellent. Have a great view of MG Marg from the window. Rooms look average to Good. Visited in the month of May. Save water.
We had visited there and stayed for 4days .The behaviour of the restaurant manger (Joy Mukherjee)was very nice .The other staffs (Biplab and Sourab)were very helpful and decent .The reason why I am mentioning their names because they were the only who were managing everything.I would definitely mention about the food..It was so delicious.Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.Lastly the view from the room was also nice.

The location of the hotel is awesome, right on MG Marg. They charged 2000 for a non view double bed room. I was allotted a top floor room on the 6th floor. There is no lift of course. The room itself is ok, despite the fact that the telephone or TV does not work. There was no one to fill up the water. There is gyeser in the bathroom but the flow of water fluctuates probably because the water line is shared with the adjacent room. It's a budget friendly stay for a day or so just to spend the night right on MG Marg.
Hotel overpriced as per the services, they are least concerned about their guests. Geysers were not properly functioning.I was there for 2 nights water supply was very poor and there was no water supply in taps and geyser. Hotel staff replied that water will come soon but no water during my stay I had to use another room for bathroom. Even they stopped water supply till 8 am. Their Restaurant food quality is worst and very much expensive. Hotel location is the only good thing.
Very old hotel & Rooms are dirty and not livable. Staff service is ok not professional. The only advantage is its right on MG marg market so you avoid taxi fare and wallking for the market. Food was decent. This is good for u to just spend night.

The taste of food is disgusting 6. Unavailability of mineral water 7. Electricity off 8. Unavailable water in washroom 9. Overpriced room (without window) 10. 0% hospitality and help Overall nothing good about this hotel
