What a fantastic hotel in jalandhar. All the staff are well behaved. Specially the parshant ji manager over there was super supportive and honest person I ever seen
ALERT!!! We have went to Birthday party in this property with family after some time we went to dance at the time we have lost our purse with some cash, after the party we were getting out at the we decided to give tip to the service man but we find the purse at the same place but there were no cash, after we told the mnager to show us the CCTV they told that the camera is not working after 1 hour of arguments they decided to show us the CCTV finally we seen such a strange thing happen to us the waiter who was serving us has taken out the cash this is really unbelievable, Please be aware with then if you book any rooms or party hall. As my decision I prefer please don't choose this Hotel Dolphin for any reason, if you want to stay they you can at your own risk Thank you.

The location is good, and easy to reach... The room is clean, the service is good, and the food is also tasty. Prices are reasonable. Overall great experience. Special thanks to Yash Singh (front office) for making this stay comfortable.
Over all good place to dine in with family with reasonable price
It's one of the antique hotels, standing there for years. It's well maintained and the service is prompt. The staff is courteous and changed my room three times, whenever I requested. Rahul and his associate at the reception desk were amazing, they helped me get the breakfast packed early in the morning, Making an exception to their policy. Rooms are spacious with bath tub. Highly recommended.
This is our go to place. Birthday, anniversary Or just normal outing this place is best for dine in. Amazing food specially dal makhani for veg and butter chicken for non-veg. It's been more than 14 years now since we are visiting this place. Love the staff and services
We stopped here for a night while travelling from Udhampur to Jaipur. We checked in here very late, almost post midnight. But the staff was very co-operative, clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast in the morning. Value for money
