First of, Not ina very good location overall. Rooms are stinky, bathrooms are in a bad and old condition. We had spiders & nets right beside our bed. On a scale of 1 to 10. Cleanliness = 2 Hygiene = 3 Room quality = 4 Price = 7 (We were said Rs. 2750 per room, but actual condition is that you should give around 2000 per night, max.)

Proper and kind service to all the tourist here. It is advised to all and I prefer hotel dollar for better stay and as it is at the center of city it is much appreciated

Disgusting place. It's sooo dirty. From the reception to the stairs to the lobby to the rooms. The floor and walls were so dirty that it looked like an explosions in there. There was hair everywhere. On the floor on the bed on the pillows. And when asked to change the blanket cover the staff said sorry we put them in the wash after 3 days.

After visiting the Rann Utsav, tent city my family and I wanted a budget hotel to stay in Bhuj. We went direct and got a great price for two rooms. Room 1. Tripple occupancy which had 1 king bed and 1 single bed with ac which was great. Room 2. Two king size beds which can easily accomodate 4 adults. This hotel is really great. Provides amazing breakfast and coffee tea(from outside as they don't have in house restaurant). The best part about this hotel is the staff who are really helpful and very hospitable. Special mention to the front desk Mr Bhupad, Mr Nikul , Hasmukh and Mr Madhav. Thank you.

5 star review as per my visit on 27 Dec 2022. Reasons. Proximity to below destinations from hotel in 10 mins. Aina Mahal Pragmahal Museum Smrutione Kutch dessert 1.5 hr. Hotel price, very good. Without adv booking we got twin double bed room at 3200 and single double bed room at 2100 which is deal as all stays in kutch starts from 20000 onwards. Staff, ambience food - Staff is very polite and helpful. They have been a helpful guide to plan our travel. Rooms are clean and overall hotel is well maintained. I liked the ambience. Parking. We parked our Audi Q5 inside campus of hotel which is under cctv surveillance. You can easily use swiggy here to order anything. I noticed that all hotels around in 30 mins delivery are more than 4 star rated. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend all traveller's to visit this place to save time in visiting tourist places around.

Total fraud.receptionst guys have no manners to talk to the customer. booked a room a month ago by online & the time of check in they denied & told that online booking cancelled by their end.when I pressurized they told your booking is confirmed but you have to pay additional 700 rupees and said that you booked the room in lowest price.thats why you have to paid extra.i told them online price is provided by the hotel owner & a customer can't alter the rate.but the receptionist stand in his point & try to make me fool by his illogical arguments.finally I cancelled my booking.in this case I understand that the hotel policy is not to serve you but to rob you in any way.i also aware my fellow travellers to avoid this hotel.
