Worst hotel ever. Had a very bad experience. Poor room quality and environment. It's better to stay in a dharamshala. Had a lot of disturbance & noise whole night. Could not rest after a hectic day. Please do not waste your money here.
I had a horrible experience, room size is extremely small, bathrooms are bad. It's behind church, you have to walk at upward slope to reach the hotel which is very inconvenient with luggage specially. Only good thing about hotel is polite staff

A decent hotel with a great view. But let me tell the the view is from top floor balcony not from the room. Service is good but in the end you will be asked to give tips and during check in they take some advance. Bargaining can be done because sometimes they just quote you a higher amount. Wifi was really bad it wasn't working at all. I had breakfast there it was fine. I've stayed at this hotel 2 time only for the view from top floor. PS - Be ready to take lots of stairs.
A great hotel located on the top of the hill but the staff and stool are good. Service is best and they have in house kitchen to serve tasty food to the guests in very reasonable rates. The view from the hotel is fabulous and the biggest advantage is its location. As it is near to lift, Church and Ridge park have decent connectivity. Overall got a good deal and comfortable experience in shimla with this hotel.
