The positive of this hotel is the location, walkable distance from Nampally station and metro station. Rooms are small, not clean.
hotel lobby was nice. hotel staff was helpful. service was ok. but the cleanliness was poor. there were cobwebs in bathroom which were not removed even after informing. room was not that clean. when you move without sleeper you can feel dirt . bed back was having dust. so they need to improve a lot on this front. TV was there but not running. when asked they simply answered TV connection was not there abd hence can't start. overall poor experience cleanliness is a very big issue. one cannot expect bathroom will have cobwebs. also floor and bed back is also having dust and dirt. no TV which is the only entertainment during travelling.
Too small rooms and not cleaned... Staff is not supportive.

Staff , Specially the Security guard Uncle's behaviour is very friendly. Lots of love for the man.
Small but comfortable rooms. Reception staff cooperative. Very near to the station. Good ac, sufficient electric points, geyser, english toilet and 24 hrs. Check out from check inn time. Great. Reasonable.
