Place was okaish. Don't expect more. If you plan to roam around tirupati & use this place just for sleeping then prefer this. You can get rooms for 900-1k range for double occupancy.
Pros:
1. Close to private bus boarding point.
2. Manasa hotel near by. Decent food.
Cons:
1. Toilet doors are damaged.
2. DTH was not recharged.
3. No water bottle provided. Only RO water you can fill on your own bottle in reception.
Very noisy always mostly in the night , not suitable for families , no lifts , rooms are not clean , ac does not work mostly due to power shutdowns , the staff don't clean rooms and don't care for anything , mosquitoes there
Very worst experience. No Room Service. Small Rooms just like a single room. Double bed but two people can't sleep comfortably. Price is high in comparison to Service.
This hotel room provide very bad service. They charge more for very small Ac room. It cost around 1750. With no proper light. Room is very smelly with no proper wash room. No hot water available. Bed are so much dirty, if we say also they are not ready to change. The owner varun is also rude person..

Okayish stay, rooms are smaller and definitely overpriced. The geyser for every room is central controlled and we had to tell the receptionist every time. That was a little inconvenient.
There were too many mosquitoes in evening
We had stay there for 2 days, reception staffs were good. But our main dissatisfaction was water supply in our bathrooms. 1.5 days we had almost only 2 buckets of water. Staffs were tried to fix something but it didnt work. And also we getting normal then we would get hot water and viseversa.
Hotel is separate from the crowded area like Tirupati Railway station and Bus Stop. However it is on walkable distance. The connectivity is very good. You step out of Hotel and you will get Auto rikshaw Cars anything. Rooms are neat and clean. Hotel Owner is nice person and staff is good.
