When I reached the hotel, the management told me that they have no room available. However I have booked the room about 20 days in advance and they have confirmed the booking also. They allotted the rooms to the walk-in customers which is very unprofessional and hotel management cheated on us. So inconvenient, insulting and humiliating.
Most beautiful palace safe and stay in
Divya Palace is running a Monkey Business around the Place. Staff is greedy and does not have sense how to talk to customer. Rom and cleanliness : The room they provided me was having weak wifi-connection and telephone signals were also low. Bed sheet was torn and room was smelling of naphthalene balls. Food : Food was good but when i asked for the bills they provided the same on the order slip which was not acceptable in my company. I have lost some amount due to this. When i asked for the same the same then staff misbehaved with me. Overall 2 star, that too for food only.
One of the worst experience ever. It's not a hotel for families or business tour fellows. Greedy and demanding staff is all around you. They treat every costumer as hourly stay guests. Disgusting
