This is not Oyo . This is only normal hotel but it's safe for couple. This is near to assi Ghat. This hotel location is very good but service is very bad and lift is too much bad . This hotel price is very bad according to room , service and location. This hotel price is 1800 per day . You can try better hotel either this . This hotel counter is take extra money after accommodation complete. So you should not try this.

I had a pretty unpleasant experience while I was a guest here. After using both of the rooms we had reserved on the first floor, we discovered that they were in bad shape and that there were rats within, which had caused some of our belongings to be damaged. This hotel is unworthy of any recognition because of its exorbitant price and poorly maintained rooms.

The behaviour of staff was very good nd room was also neat and clean.

Hotel was good but too low quality compared to the rent I paid. no hot water. no intercom. lift defective. no local information on pilgrimage aspects. Canteen facility with heavily delayed service (a tea ordered at 6.00 am was provided at 9.00 am & heavy cost. ) Defective invoice (bill) without any details & GST was probably evaded

Horrible experience After payment they gave me the room Which has not AC . Price taken 1500. Which is not affordable as the standard of room . Very good rooms are available in other hotel with Rs 1200 and Rs 1400 Like hotel Sandhya Hotel Dev Hotel Mannat inn They are looting completely

This is one hotel which should be avoided for stay. Unclean room, unhygienic toilets, pathetic service, bad access to room, dangerous staircase, and couple it all with a small, short lift which is very unique and it is so small and that too starts from first floor. So many points to write, but anyways best of luck to the management, my views need not match with others. The only plus point being the cleanest towel that I got today.

worst hotel I have ever visited.. we had to wait for 2 hours for our check in.. We had booked 2 delux AC rooms.. but we were alloted one AC room and one non AC room.. when complaint about it, they alloted us new room.. when we opened new room , someone was already staying in that room.. when we again complained about this, we again had to wait for 1 hour in lobby and they gave excuses that they are trying to allot another new room.. no one was there to keep our luggage on our hotel.. when requested time and again, one staff took our luggage to our room.. Restaurant was even worst.. you will have to wait for 1+ hour for a single dish of " Aaloo Paratha". In amenities, they admit that they have parking facilities. but they don't have parking facilities and you have to keep your Car in road.. Breakfast was complimentary. But when we told to give one dish for a particular person and other dish to another person , they told that they don't have man power and they can give only one dish to each and everyone. almost everyone staying there in the hotel was complaining in reception for a lot of issues related to services, cleanliness etc. In a nutshell, Hotel is overpriced. Staffs are worst. Restaurant is even worst. Rooms are not up to the mark. Cleaniness is nil. Only one thing is good i.e. Its location.
