Hotel Discovery - Hotel in Dadour, Jarlu - Mandi, India

Hotel is located on the main highway. Location is excellent , Hotel is beautifully decorated with flowers, trees and grass. It gives colour full ambience. In the night time, lights add beauty to it. It gives different looks in the night time. S taff is kind , cooperative and well mannered specially Mr. Sher singh . Restaurant ambience is good. Room is big and has attached balcony and a big clean bathroom. Overall. I will visit and stay again in this property. By looking at the ambience of the property, I recommend to all come and stay here.

The service is below average. Their restaurant is mostly dirty. It's over prized. The people working at this hotel are very nice and polite and happy to help you but they are over worked. People are less and work is more and thus the service is always delayed. The tariff for the room and the restaurant charges are quiet high looking at the quality of room and the food served.

Amazing place. When I visit Himachal this side. This is my favourite place to live. Great view great rooms great location. Especially anshul who is welcome with a lovely smile always. The hotel owner is also a great man and polite. Great hotel

Zero ! Beware! My experience here was ruined by Manager Anshul. His discriminatory behavior and utter lack of professionalism left me deeply disappointed. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the establishment to reestablish trust and prioritize customer satisfaction. Upon our arrival at the restaurant, a group of seven adults and two infants, we sought to order tea around 2 PM. To our surprise, he abruptly informed us that tea is not served during lunch hours--an inexplicable policy in itself. However, what followed was even more distressing. When some of the ladies in our group requested access to the restaurant washroom for the infants, he, in a manner devoid of basic courtesy and compassion, rudely prevented them from doing so. His justification? It's because, we had not yet placed an order for tea, which BTW he had already denied serving us. Further, to add insult to injury, he explicitly stated, "Your order of five teas, which will amount to 150 rupees, is not significant enough." This blatant discrimination based on the perceived value of our order is not only reprehensible but also deeply offensive. It is disheartening to witness such narrow-mindedness and prejudiced behavior from someone in a managerial position, who should epitomize professionalism and uphold the values of fairness and inclusivity. Unfortunately, his hasty judgment caused the loss of not only a meager 150 rupees but also the opportunity to serve our group a full lunch, resulting in a significant loss of potential sales and the tarnishing of the restaurant's goodwill. I urge the management to address this serious issue promptly and take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from recurring. Reevaluating staff training and fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect should be a priority.

Food is very good and staff services nice and cooperative specially sh. Sher Singh very nice person on the table.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! COULD NOT ABLE TO SLEEP AT NIGHT BECAUSE INSECTS CAME INSIDE FROM GAP BELOW DOOR OF THE BALCONY. GOT ALLERGY AND RASHES, WE DEMANDED REFUND THEN THE MANAGER MR. ANSHUL SAID WE SHOULD HAVE CHECKED OUT AT 2 o clock IN THE NIGHT , HE ALSO WAS DISRESPECTFUL Will not recommend to stay here if you want to sleep peacefully at night and don't want clash in the morning! Hospitality - 0 IN THE END MR Anshul gave us a concession of 1000 rupees on food bill that also because the conversation was getting heat! MR Anshul doesn't know how to talk like a manager, the owner should check on this VERY UNHAPPY
