Loved my stay . Every thing was awesome. Hospitality of the property was we were impressed. Every one in the hotel wer so friendly n helpful, very well maintained rooms , staff r courteous. Restaurant staff wer so sweet n always ready to help especially Vidya .....food was gud v enjoyed only if they cud include some vegetarian menu n also some Chinese cuisines it will b better.. I had actually booked this property directly over the fone , dint wanna take risk on online portal as I lost my money previously during nipah virus scare at the last minute cos my conference was cancelled. Lucky enuf tht i gt a booking confirmation without any prepayment, thnks a ton fr this . Hope to come back to Calicut some day n enjoy Apollo dimora 's hospitality yet again ....

Buffet breakfast had good spread. The rooms are spacious toilets little congested. Road work in progress so traffic conjunction during morning hours. The property is well maintained, clean and hygienic toilets.

We checked in late, due to some miscommunication our reservation was not there, but the people from reception were very kind and arranged very fast a room for us. All people there were very friendly, the room was big had lots of space, the hotel itself is very clean. Buffet was also a great treat, totally deserved full stars.

Breakfast can be improved both quality and variety wise. Clean rooms. Management needs to check the mini bar before a guest checks in because they put the bill on the customer who hasn't taken it.

An excellent hotel with warm & cordial staff at all ends i.e, front office, Restaurant, Housekeeping as well as Kitchen. Have stayed here earlier too and the personal touch & friendliness of the staff is well appreciated. The rooms are large, comfortable, neatly laid out, with all required basic amenities including an iron box and iron table. The washrooms are also neat and clean. The gym is adequately kitted for a regular gym goer. The pool, though smaller than the one in Taj, is better maintained. The newly opened spa is also good. There is a coffee shop for hunger pangs at odd hours. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are NOT to be missed, with adequate varieties and tasty continental, chinese North & south indian delicacies, probably the best in Kozhikode. The Chef too comes and interacts with the guests regularly. The access road was earlier a bit awkward, which has now been corrected by making a new road. There is adequate parking in the hotel. The General Manager too is a very approachable gentleman, who is taking steps to make the hotel more eco friendly.

Would love to see some more smiling faces around, it feels like a tense workplace for many, so smiles no music, just a quiet place.rooms are cozy and neat and they got a pretty decent gym and Pool. A little bit out of town, and the road to the hotel is a bit steep, maybe because there is highway work going on... Restaurant Menu prices are out of this world. Since there are tons of good famous restaurants nearby I wouldn't recommend it.

We recently had team lunch here and it exceeded our expectation.They offer a diverse menu and the staff was very attentive.
