My recent hotel experience was fantastic! The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel's amenities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The location was also convenient, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.

Staff is very good and very friendly this Hotel is no main Road known as Virachcha Road near Petrol Pump, Surat. Under this Hotel hotel's own property ie. Darshana Resturant. I was saty there for 2days on Business trip. The hotel staf is very cooperative. I invited my guests for meeting in my room they allow to invite them. Prices are very genuine and any mode of payment we can use there.

Overall nice hotel with restaurant, banquet hall, ample parking and prime location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food was good.

The room was very neat and clean ... Service was 24/7 ... Referred to my friends they too were very happy for the service which they gave.

Rooms are pretty good. Breakfast was also nice. Staff was polite. We got the room for 2800 with breakfast which was a sweet deal IMO.

We first time stayed here during our recent visit to Surat, on recommendation of one of my hubby's friend. Usually when in Surat we generally stay at Hotel Lords Plaza. Overall nice hotel with restaurant, banquet hall, ample parking and prime location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food was good. I'm cutting one star from rating only for the rude behaviour of the Receptionist, staff etc.
