I recently stayed at this hotel, on 7th of September at 3am after a long journey and I must say I had a disappointing experience during check-in. The receptionist appeared to be under the Alcohol influence, which was quite unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. He Refused the booking on the 1st place after arguing he let me check in. I believe it's crucial for the hotel management to ensure that their staff maintain a high level of professionalism and sobriety, especially when dealing with guests. I hope they address this issue promptly to improve the overall guest experience
Pathetic room dirty washroom room is full of mosquitoes, cookroaches and spider .....kitchen service is dead slow even if you ask for water. food is pathetic trust me guys never book this hotel....its only for those couples who want to book for hourly basis.......reception guy told me they get more profit in hourly basis......i was suffering from fever some of my friends came to see me but they didn't allow them.......normally i don't write any comments but this hotel made me frustrated....
This hotel is a fraud run by fraudulent people. If you will book this hotel through online applications, your booking will be confirmed but reception will deny your bookings once you will reach there. Your money is gone and hotel is sold out.
I stayed at the hotel for 2 days and I was so much irritated by the service that they have provided....no breakfast was served as kitchen was closed...I booked my room with breakfast facility even though they didn't served breakfast...we ordered the food from swiggy...they were not ready to refund the amount for breakfast as well...I asked for early check in , one of the staff said they'll be providing early check in free of cost , but when I reached the hotel they said early check in is chargeable for Rs700...i would have given 0 rating if the option was available...my room was on 3rd floor and the lift was not working...they didn't even apologized for the service they had provided but were ready to argue in every situation...we were 2 ladies and this is what they took in advantage for themselves
We have stayed at Diamond stay F9hotel sector 51, the hotel is clean and provides us great hospitality. The hotel GM Mr. Kapil Tyagi is very helpful and guided me very nicely. This hotel provides almost every facility. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families. You won't regret!
No breakfast served & dinner served after 2 hours...hotel ambiance was not at all good
