Worst Hotel ever. 1. Day time staff is least bothered & careless. No value for guests & their time 2. Rooms are not clean at all. Have insects, spiders, cockroaches crawling all over. Room cleaning is not regular and has to be asked for. 3. Room Service doesn't exist. Basic things like towels have to be asked multiple times. 4. Lift is hopeless. To move between floors you have to go to the reception ask them for access then go to floor you want to go to. If staff is absent you are stuck. 5. No respect for guests & their comfort. You will find at least 2 problems in every room, either AC doesn't work properly, exhaust in bathroom not working, TV not working, fan not working etc. Owner is the most irresponsible, careless, least bothered person. Doesn't answer calls or responds to messages. Dont book this hotel at all, go to West for better options

Located next to a Mulund station East, location is a big plus. This is the only hotel on the East side so people don't have enough choice there. The rooms are average but the linens are very dirty, bathrooms are in really poor condition and the room service is next to null. I would not really recommend this if you have a choice. Wifi is a big issue.

Third class service. Lifts are closed after evening and senior citizens are made to stand outside. Extremely rude staff and poor cleanliness of rooms. Won't recommend at all

Good: 1. Awesome location.. just next to Mulund Railway station and yet has rooms with large windows and open space. 2. Room is reasonable size.. quite big for Mumbai. 3. Bathroom is small but neat Ugly: A. They put white linen but they do not change them so often. So if you are ok with this, then everything else is good.

Don't ever approach this hotel..don't have any ethics and don't have any reliable person to approach..service is worst than the 4th category hotels..
