Nice and convenient location for Rail passengers as it is within 500meters from the Kalka Railway stations. The road is straight and has no complexity. It is just the opposite of the Civil hospital. The room is good with a wide bed for 3 persons. Ac is there for comfortability. The bathroom is clean and good. The service staff were very attentive.
Good location within 500meters from the Kalka Railway Station and just opposite the Civil Hospital. (Just 500meters straight railway road from the ticket booking counter) The room is clean as well as the washroom. The behavior of the receptionist as well as the service staff is courteous and helpful.
Dont trust positive reviews. Only plus of hotel is near to railway station. But if you want to walk with luggage think twice as road is not good. The room size bit bigger than a regular toilet. untidy roms, dusty blankets.10 year old towels...what not....nothing is good at this hotel. Not even worth Rs.500 rent (sorry to say but I paid 1500 :(. when I called owner he said dont trust negative reviews, people intentionally doing this and he assured I would get a nice room...but all this talk is gimmick.
Mr. Ansul owner of the hotel and all the staff are very much helping in nature. I was booked 2 bed room . but when arrived at hotel as i have 2 kids, Mr Ansul upgraded my booking to 4 bed room with no extra cost... thanks for making my stay very comfortable at kalka....
I was very confused before booking but lastly I booked becoz had to stay overnight but still it's so pleasant stay..Main thing is owner Mr. anshul is very genuine and decent person he understands the prblm of customers,also caretaker was good responsive..I saw some negative reviews maybe they experience before but as per my stay it was v.good...Ac working.Washroom found clean.. geyser working..thanks..this is not paid review for ur kind info...hotel is near to kalka railway station
The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean.dinner was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most.

Overall the stay was not at all as expected. Very bad experience. Room was not what we saw while booking. Washroom was not that great to use.. If you are travelling with Family it would create some sort of issues. The amount we paid for the room was something not worth. I would recommend to put a bit extra amount and get "Krishna Hotel" very near to this hotel. That hotel and the food served there is awesome.

The room for 1st floor with zigzag puzzled way with high step risers and extremely narrow stair passage. Room was spacious but untidy along with 24Hrs hot water supply in bathroom. Acceptable to stay for one night.
