Very poor service, hotel staff not friendly at all. The staff won't deliver anything themselves and expect customers to self suffice/serve. While showing room claims most of the stuff, but once logged in don't care about your needs. Only consider this place if you only care about a place to sleep somehow for a night (AC may or may not work).
hotel was descent it it is old hotel but AC was nice, i booked it for 2 days, staff was good, room was clean but not got the mentioned accessories only they'll provide us the soap. rest all is okay, also when comes to power backups AC will not work, they'll ask for your food too, also provide good services. good.
Budget friendly rooms available. Canteen facility available on top floor. Overall all things available in budget.
This is a low grade hotel. I had a worst experience. Rats were roaming here and there in lobby inside the rooms. Bedsheets toilets are in worst condition. Pics are much different from the room they offered. I would not suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.
Good room facility in average budget. It's situated on MG road. Water cooler, freeze and cold drink available in hotel. Breakfast can be ordered and there is detail available by those who are provided.

Location of the Hotel is quite busiest routes in Agra, located in first floor. It's interiors are quite old which requires early replacement although they works well...Rooms customery Services needs strong improvement...... Insufficiency of staff members lacks for quality services......structural changes, repairing and maintenance services gives an ultra-edge to the Hotel. Moreover the Staff/Managers so appointed has no responsibility towards customer satisfaction and care, their attitudinal alterations make some difference.....i.e. you have to make your arrangements by your own (Self service) in addition to make payment for all that. Strongly recommend not to take Hotel for more than one day's visit.... If you have some work near Raja ki Mandi, only and only then you can consider it for few hours rest..... I don't consider it for my next visit to Agra.....
It's a good hotel, situated on main road and just besides the market makes it comfortable to stay! Provides you Geyser and blankets in winter, Doesn't have meals facility, over all good to stay! Staffs are good too!
