Dear Hotel Dhanraj Palace, I visited your hotel four times since last year. Giving 3 stars instead of 5 stars is not a negative review. The food at your restaurant was delicious, The staff of the restaurant were with good behaviour. The hotel location is good. Some corrective steps can improve the experience of your guests.
Spacious rooms, reasonably clean. Room service is good. Very close to the bird sanctuary. Have not faced any issue. Staff was helpful and cooperative. At night, we needed a medicine for baby and they helped us by getting immediately. Much thankful Good rooms and helpful staff.
hotel is very over priced. rooms were dirty and linen was soiled. when we asked for a change in linen they simply refused. also rooms floor had dirt from last occupant...which was not cleaned and the reason given was the cleaning boy was on leave. no wifi despite description. they charge u for room heater extra 1000 which is in no way reasonable considering the electricity consumed. food is overpriced...location is bad...and u cant reach bharatpur park....easily. they charge u extra for parking even if u park in hotel premises...which is considered complimentary for guests who are checked in the hotel. they dont give u receipt for any of the extra charges. dont visit here, its a bad hotel and not safe for family since u will find owner and staff drinking alcohol and smoking in front of family ladies...which is not safe.
Staff was not helpful. Worst experience. Rooms and bedsheets and bathrooms were not that clean. After 10PM you're totally on your own. They don't even provide water bottles. It's like you're living in a hostel. The staff was rude. Overall in my opinion you don't want to spend your night or money here.
stay at dhanraj palace was very pleasant . the hotel staff was very cordial and polite. the room was neat and clean and even the bathroom was clean.. all in all the experience was excellent in every aspect .
