We have visited here specifically for birthdays parties, engagement ceremony, official get together, customer meet by any company and the marriage functions etc. This place also offers a quality saloon with body massage and spa. Very special and skilled people worked here with high quality services. Very professional in work and reliable.
My first express there was very bad. Both the taste of food and hospitality are poor.
The food is served so late that your hunger will die and they arrive with chutney after eating.

No of staffs for room service need to increase because getting anything either for room service or restaurant related took so much time, otherwise it's a very nice hotel. Rooms , restaurant are excellent .
Stayed for little over a week. Mutton Roghan Josh is to die for..! But the complementary breakfast is IRCTC level... If that is improved i would give it a 5 star.
Yesterday i was staying this hotel at J K Road I had a wonderful experience at the DEW Plaza hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was caring. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Experience is good but it is an problem of power cut off.
I had been stay for 12 hours in between this time there are 6 to 7 times power off. But they have also generators ,it run automatically when power offf.

Rooms are well maintained with nice interiors. Service is manageable okay. The location is very good indeed as it is situated near Nahaka square. All sorts of communication is also nearby to the hotel too.
